Last Friday, Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers issued her ruling in the Epic Game vs. Apple trial. Over the weekend, I finished my first full read through of her ruling (185 pages). Our attention then turns to Apple / App Store developments coming out of Washington with a new bipartisan bill aimed at dismantling Apple’s control over the App Store. The discussion covers my thoughts on the bill and why it likely won’t pose a problem for Apple.
