We go over some of the potential business implications related to such a high-profile movie launch. The discussion includes my Apple TV+ subscriber estimates and how much “Greyhound” can impact those numbers. The update then turns to the theory that Wall Street has not properly adjusted its iPhone expectations given what appears to be a delayed flagship launch. There are a few things wrong with such a theory. We conclude with a discussion of why I think iPhone launch timing is losing its importance altogether.
